I would actually give this a 3.5 out of 5 but you can't select half a star. It works well enough, however there are a few issues. First, the visor isn't perfectly clear. There is a slight yellowish smoky tinge. It's very slight and doesn't even show up in the pictures but it's a little more noticeable when wearing the helmet and looking out through. I put it through the test a few days ago on a rainy day that was on the cooler side. After about 20 minutes of a mostly highway commute, when I slowed down to bumper-to-bumper stop and go traffic, it began to fog on the left and right sides. My vision in the center remained clear which is good. When I got home, I checked to see if it was on the outside, between the layers, or on the inside. It was on the inside as I was able to wipe it away and not have to remove the Pinlock lens. I suspect that cool air flowing up from the opening of the helmet started cooling the inside of the visor but my breath kept the center portion from cooling. I may get and apply some proper anti fog spray.The lens didn't come with any instructions, but it also seems to be a replacement lens that someone with a Pinlock setup would buy. Regardless, my FreedConn BM12 helmet is basically a no-name brand that isn't listed on the Pinlock website. So I had to take measurements of my helmet's lens and front opening and compare it to the measurement provide on here. It is a perfect fit. Which just leaves me with the installation of the pins. Fits perfectly on my HJC C70 helmet. However, $40 bucks is a lot of money for a piece of plastic. Would be 5 stars if it were more affordable. A must have though for riding in humid or colder weather. Works great.

This thing is a little pricey but well worth the money! I was riding around in 30-degree F snowy weather and this thing did not fog up in the slightest! It fits perfectly on my HJC C70. You might need one other person to held bend your helmet visor flat in order to get the lens on just right, but it’s not a big deal. 10/10 would recommend!

For a second I thought it wouldn't fit but after installed It made sense. It needs to be very tight against the helmet visor. Feels good to not have to raise the visor on every traffic light.

I was a little skeptical but it really works nice. I can finally close my visor all the way and not have my visor fog up even when sitting at a stop light.
