Light is sturdy and solid. But, I have a 60w dimmable bulb in it and it won't go on low dimmable without flickering non-stop. Very annoying

Great price, no "hard wiring" required and cord is long. Make sure you purchase a dimmable light bulb, otherwise dimmable feature doesn't function. An Edison dimmable bulb is perfect. We enclosed the cord running along the ceiling with flat plastic cord covering.

This light is perfect for our log cabin we just bought. It's so easy to put together and install bulbs...I love that it has a cord instead of hard-wired. I can move it anywhere I like. It's very vintage looking, but very strong and sturdy. Would buy again; love it!
