This is an amazing piece of equipment. I have enjoyed using this as a way for me to get my squat back after so many years of sitting at a desk.

Each side is 3 pieces, connected together with a heavy duty metal clip, with adjusting barrel in center piece. Thus, length adjustment somewhat limited. Also, metal connectors can hurt a bit pushing into arms, like when doing push-ups. However, for the price, works well enough and appears to be sturdy.

I've only used a trx system at the gym, so I'm not super familiar with how this compares to that system, so I'll talk more about the components themselves.... all seem to be made of quality and durable components. The D-rings and carabiner clips, while I would not call them beefy, they do seem like they are well constructed, open/close smoothly and most importantly will support my weight. The handles are grippy and comfortable. They are rubber, not sure if they make knurled versions if that matters to you. The kit does not come with wall anchors so you would need something to strap this to or use the included door stop.
