I purchased this hoverboard back in late February 2024 and it’s now early July, this equipment lasted just a few months. We have tried charging it overnight, however it does not even turn on anymore. Contacted their customer service through Amazon twice and they won’t respond. Very disappointed.

The only downfall is the battery dies very fast. She can only ride in it for 20 minutes before the battery needs charged.
