Neutral Density filters are often ignored by photographers, but they have several uses and offer the possibility to achieve otherwise unachievable results. ND filters appear grey and reduce the amount of light reaching the film, they have no affect on color balance.

Does just what it says. These little filters are perfect for the 25mm prime I use with my GH4. The aluminum rings have very smooth threads, and stacking them works great to get 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 14 stops less light into the lens. I've found no flaws or color cast in these ND filters.

Those filters are no good for long exposure photos and one stuck on top of other and took me 20 min to separate them. Waste of money.
