Do not trust this company. I was purchasing a NEW HP Envy Flip. Was not going to need until the 1st quarter of 2022 Box was never opened. I delivered it to my Tec Team last week on Monday 06/20/22 ordered it 9/29/21. They had good reviews, when my Tech team opened sealed box they discovered it was a refurbished computer that the hard drive was erased. not even Window or any operating system was on it. Never dreamed any company would do such a thing.
