We ordered the computer and it's fine, however, it was supposed to come with an external hard drive, it did not. I reported it immediately and all we got in response was it was in the box from the factory. Great answer! No we'll send it right out; nothing; end of conversation.

There are no entry ports for the modern connecting cables. There are many connectors used today besides USB. I will assure you that in the future, my purchases will have a thorough inspection before purchase. Perhaps this was intentional so as to sell more cables for this computer to be used. This computer seems as though it was made 40 years ago. Too bad that I can't return it, for if I could, I would. I should have made a more thorough inspection of the product site.

I'm a 70+ woman whose son told her it was time to replace her 10+ year old pc which was running fine but just slowing down and could not be updated to Windows 11. So I ordered this one on his recommendation, and only had to text him once when I installed it. Have had it now for well over a month and couldn't be happier. Much smaller footprint than my old model is a big plus too. I like pc's over laptops because I work with a lot of photos and artwork so I appreciate that this takes up less space than my older one.

Everything was in the box and, on hooking it up, it's working wonderfully! Which is great as this was a bday gift for a family member and I was praying so hard it came without issue so they could use it right off the bat.The noise level is perfect, you don't hear a thing and came with the extra 512GB External SSD which, on opening it, we all thought it had to actually be hooked up on the inside of the tower - until we saw the HDMI connected to it, leading to a very easy installation.All in all, it's a great tower and I am pleased it works so well. I can only hope it continues to do so for a while yet! Thanks for a great transaction.

I had a Ibuypower pc, it was nice except for the loud noise (right out of the box) A guy at work had gotten this computer for autocad, I couldn't believe that it didn't have ANY noise, so I decided to purchase it, no complaints whatsoever.

This PC replaces a 4 year old which had some trouble. Physically, the old and the new look identical. Looks aside, this PC has all the faster gadgets and so far is rock steady. Windows makes transfer of data and most settings a breeze. That's important to old geezers like me. Hoping this one is trouble free for 4 or more years. If not, you'll see me here buying another one. Good job HP and Microsoft!

I’ve only been using this new computer for a few days, but it’s worked well so far. Easy to setup. Very fast. I use my computer for the basics, so I want something easy to use, which it has been, and not too big. This computer is a good size. Much smaller than my previous HP computer. One issue is that it has only one HDMI port and I use two monitors. Had to hook the second up with a VGA cable. I prefer HDMI. But that’s a minor complaint. Overall, very satisfied. I believe it will prove to be a good value for the money.
