Love this chair! The support and flexible lumbar makes it so comfortable and being able to move the arms up to fit under a desk makes a small space feel bigger. I would never go back to a bigger clunky leather chair. This chair is a great product for the price.

This office chair is a pretty big upgrade from my old one. I really like the adjustable lumbar support and headrest; makes a big difference during long work sessions. The flip-up armrests are a nice feature too. Assembly was a bit of a pain, some of the screws were tough to get in. Once it's together though, it's a solid and comfortable chair.

After having this for a couple of weeks, there's a few things wrong with this chair. Every time I lean back it start making noises and I'm afraid it going to break any minute. Also, the adjustment for the lean back is not good at all. I'll tighten it up, then a after a few times of leaning back, the chair feels loose. I'll tighten it up some more, but the chair just feels loose again. After doing this multiple times, the adjustment is as far as it goes and the chair leans back to with no resistance at this point. Also, it's not really a defect, but there is no adjustment to change the angle of the back.

The armrests on my last two office chairs came apart to the point where I needed a replacement. I got this chair because the usual curved mesh doesn't seem to provide enough support and the lumbar pad on this one seemed a better option.It took about 30 minutes to assemble. I thought there were a lot of parts, but they're all pretty big and you're just screwing all the pieces together with an Allen wrench, so it wasn't bad.I'm a pretty small person--only about 5 feet tall--so that seems to affect the chairs that are comfortable for me. When I first tried this one, I couldn't get comfortable in it. I think I had the lumbar pad too high. I moved it down and adjusted the headrest a bit and it felt better. I'm glad the lumbar pad goes up and down as that seemed to make a big difference. I do wish you could somehow change the size of the pad itself but I'm not sure if that's an option on any chair.The height adjustment works for me to sit at my desk. I wish it went just a bit higher but no chair I've ever had does so this is the norm.I wish the armrests went up and down like on my old chair. Those also went in and out. The position of these armrests isn't quite right for me, and they're relatively small, so that's a negative. The mesh fabric on them does seem like it'll hold up better than the foam on my other chairs though. I don't really adjust them side to side or flip them up, and those are their only adjustments.The chair does tilt a bit if I lean back. Again, I wish there was more adjustability for the back. My old chair back moved in and out so you could sit further back or forward, and you could also adjust and set the angle. I suppose this one sort of forces me to sit up straighter.I do also like the size of the seat pad. I tend to sit with one or both legs up and sometimes crossed and the large seat allows for that.Overall I'd say it's a decent and comfortable chair. I agree the price is a bit high for the relative lack of adjustability. The mesh on the seats and back will likely last longer than my other chairs though, so that justifies the price a bit more. If back support is a big thing for you, this one might be a good option.

The char is comfortable. However the arm rest were broken when it arrived & Amazon will not replace the chair. They want me to send the already built chair back with no box or anything. And I am left without a chair if I do so. Great chair. Terrible customer service on amazons part.
