Bought a whole set of these for a tour kit and hugely regret it. Unfortunately the "fleece" lining or whatever it is sheds all over you drums every time they're in the case, leaving them covered in a layer of dust-like powdery stuff. I even tried to vacuum them to remove any excess dust, didn't seem to make a difference. Attached a photo of a drum that was just sitting in a case for a couple of weeks, not even moved around, AFTER I vacuumed the case.Humes and Berg has been disappointing to me on several levels lately (dysfunctional website, impossible to contact), and I've been using their bags since the 80's, so I might just switch fully to Beato, with their fantastic customer service and second-to-none quality bags.

I bought this drum case in addition to others I own. It's well made as far as soft cases go. The padding is very good, unlike cheap soft cases, it's durable and holds up well for gigging. The Humes & Berg Seeker collection are great drum cases!

I just recently replaced my entire set of cases with DrumSeekers and I have no regrets whatsoever. I had also briefly looked at the Protection Racket and H&B Tuxedo lines for comparison.After deciding I wanted the H&B quality over PR, I realized the DrumSeeker line was basically the same price as Tuxedo so it was a no brainer.As expected, the quality of materials and workmanship is absolutely superior. Dont really understand how other DS reviewers on this site claim they have cheap zippers, etc because the zippers/pulls are oversized and sturdy. Definitely does no way feel cheap at all.The only complaint I have, which is not really a complaint but a slight annoyance is some of the cases seem huge length-wise. They all fit well with the diameter of the drum, with just the right amount of extra space. But the length on a few leave about 2-3" of extra space. I have an older set of Tama drums that do not have rim mounts or any other bulky mounting hardware so maybe this extra space would accommodate that? If that is the case, then H&B should recommend you getting a case 1-2"'shorter. I ordered all cases the exact size as the given drum shell size.I do notice that all of the cases list the size on the case under the logo except one that instead has a Made In USA tag in that spot. The other ones have a small Made In China hidden inside in the fleece lining. So in the past few years, manufacture has been moved to China. The quality on the USA made case has even better quality (shape/stiching). Just an observation.Overall love the cases but may try one or two slightly shorter just to compare fit.

The bags have great stitchings, strong zippers, and also thick insulation. I have two drum sets with all Drum Seeker bags, and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality bags!
