Been drinking deep seawater, with all the salts left in for over 20 years now, almost daily, a few ounces a day. (Panakos is now my favorite brand). No supplement I've ever used has done so much for me. It's an ionic mineral feast, especially for the electrical systems. (Yes, we're electrical beings, in every way, and we need to feed those systems). See Rene Quinton. Trust me on this. I'm 66 and have been taking supplements my entire life. I would be a fire faller year-round if I could, (we fall hazard trees in forest fires, up to 90 hours a week, camping at the fires, and my gear can weigh 100 pounds, in brutal heat, in steep and difficult terrain, in one of the most hazardous jobs in the world), but we only get a few months of work a year, so I can't. Do yourself a favor and get some. An ounce gives you only about 13% of your daily sodium allowance. Try it and likely soon your body will crave it.
