So far, so good!! I just returned another Ihome clock radio and thought I would give this one a try. Again I really like it so far. The dimmer for night time is perfect -- numerous dimmer levels to choose from -- you aren't bothered by any extra light in the bedroom -- just right for reading the time! The speed charging of my iPhone 6 is great -- one complaint -- you do have to take off the cover to insert the phone. Why cant they just take that into consideration when they invent another!!! Everyone has a cover for their phones!!!!! The sound is really good and just love the syncing of the clock time with the iPhone!!! Finally an easy way to fix the time on the clock!!! Overall great clock radio, speaker, and charging station!!

Pissed as hell that Apple's relentless changing of charging plugs make all my existing peripherals obsolete and I am forced to replace items that are not that old and still works perfectly.That said, iHome makes a pretty slick clock/radio/phone charger. The previous version worked great and the iDL95 has some cool improvements (separate weekday/weekend alarms, USB alternative input). It also has some failings. I use to use the aux output to pump the music to a full sound system. The newer model does not have that.

A really good good buy! Works perfect with my iphone 6 plus and my ipad Air. Having the USB is plus to charge any other Apple products. My music sound is wonderful so crisp clear and LOUD. Love all the settings it will play with all your Apple products, the alarm is great with 2 settings for whatever your schedule is. Love the dimmer light feature several levels to choose from to off. Love it !

We love this Clock Radio. One of its best features is to be able to shut the display completely off. We had another one radio that gave up on us and it had that feature. We saw this in a motel room and got the information off the bottom of the radio to order one. It was a little bit confusing about how to get the playlist for the Ihome on the Ipod, but after finding instructions, was able to find several songs to put on the playlist that would not scare the life out of us when it came on in the morning. Works great. There are actually about 7 different backlight settings for the display. It sounds nice if you just want to play the Ipod through it.

I can no longer charge my iPhone from the top lightning port charger. Even the back USB ports do not charge anything. The back USB ports don't charge my iPhone 6, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPad 2, or any of my Micro B electronics like Bluetooth earbuds or a galaxy s5. (I assume they are broken but they stopped working less then 2 weeks after receiving this and I did not even use the back ports until the lightning port on the top just stopped working). Other than the charging issues, the unit works well. I expect the quality to be better than this when i spend over $100. I hope this was just a defective unit and that no one else has to have an iHome that does not work. One of the best parts of the iHome is the fact that you can just put your iPhone onto a nice looking machine that will charge it for you and also serve the role as an alarm clock, a radio, and a speaker system. Now I cant even use this properly because my iPhone will not sync with the iHome or charge.

This worked very well for me. I see others have had problems, but this has been a great product. I got it to fit with my iPhone 5S and an Otterbox Commuter case. The trick? I trimmed off the cover flaps for the charging socket and the earphones on the bottom of the case (yes, it may partially defeat the purpose of that part of the case, but they don't seal well anyway often stick out, and won't protect anything if you drop them in a puddle, and they don't keep dust out). With this modification, the iPhone docks securely. When I plugged the phone in for the first time, the clock auto-set the date and time. I installed the "iHome Set" app and was able to set the alarm and other features right from my iPhone. While I had the phone docked, I received a phone call, and to my surprise, the clock acted like a speaker phone. Very happy with this. It does everything as advertised.

I just got this clock radio today and I am very impressed. The auto sync feature when you plug in the iPhone makes it a breeze to set the date and time (auto sync). Setting the alarms is very easy, the sound is great and overall it's a great radio. The bedtime feature is very nice to go to sleep to. I highly recommend this radio.
