The device fails to establish a connection, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, customer service continues to respond with the same generic video instructions that do not address the problem.

We call this our dog babysitter. Being retired, we are home a lot and our dog loves being with us and experiences a little anxiety when we are away from him. This is the perfect way for us to not only keep an eye on him but also gives him a degree of interactive “companionship” when we aren’t home. We can send the robot to his crate and move it back and forth and it allows us to not only check in and see him but also for us to speak and he can hear our voices. He’s beginning to think of this as a little “friend” now and we love that we can easily see and communicate with him while away. The robot is small and easily navigates under tables, chairs, beds- pretty much anything a broom can go under easily and the only real difficulty it seems to have is with thicker rugs and it can’t do stairs but easily navigates single-floors effortlessly. The picture quality is outstanding and it’s quite the conversation starter/attention getter for folks that are unfamiliar with them. The light feature works well and makes night viewing quite good. All in all, exactly what I had hoped it would be. My wife wants one that vacuums, does dishes and makes beds but for now, this is perfect for our needs.

The app simply does not work for iOS (one cannot get beyond the registration screen - nothing happens after the registration code input), so the device is unusable. Should be zero stars.

Nice novelty camera. It took a bit of getting used to (using the joystick wheel). The dog is pretty scared of it, but he can be scared of his own shadow.I will say the picture is crisp and clear and the different sounds that can be made with it are cute, however the camera isn't something I would be using on regular basis.

Well I just want to say I was hopeful for this the videos of it made it seem a lot cooler an drive smoothly but this does not drive Smoothly I have a five gigahertz internet and there's a delay in real time video and Function it dose not go back to its charging station right the battery life doesn't seem to be more then a few hours off it's charging station it connects like a Security camera but it did send me any Alerts about movement in my apartment, the overall Design is really cool but Is operation in functionality not so much the price is a little high but about normal fir something like this I have some floor vacs and I thought this would map out my apartment like they did it would be 100 % better if it did and I could pick rooms for it to go to and what not but the driving it yourself is the biggest problem And it really doesn't help when the video lapses .

This is a little pricey, but for what it does, worth every penny. We use it to watch the house when we are away. We travel a lot in our motorhome, and I love being in one part of the country, and as long as there is cell service or internet, we can roam the house to make sure all is OK. One caveat, it doesn't do thick rugs well. Low pile carpets are fine, but anything more and it just can't climb up onto the carpet and navigate. The wheels just won't accommodate. On the plus side, it is small enough that it will easily navigate under and around things. I also love how you can tell it to go home and dock, and it somehow automatically finds it's way there, hooks up and recharges. I'm not sure if it does this automatically, but the app will tell you how much juice it has left, so you're not in California with a stranded unit in Pennsylvania that won't co-operate because it's out of power. So far we are loving this thing and other than the fact that it can't do thick carpets, works well.
