I love mine connected right away any anytime my internet goes out it connects automatically when my internet is restored. This things goes over rugs cords bumps into everything and is able to pick itself back up I love it

I have one I bought directly from the company and it is a pain! I was able to connect it once and not again. I am so disappointed the return policy is ridiculous!
