it was shipped - not secured... when i picked up my package the bottom fell out-cracked the planter, broke the branches etc it was hard to believe that that much damage occurred just by picking it up-had packing materials all over. Really wanted this and tried to save it--it was alot of $$ It died within a month..i had hoped that it went dormant and that it would recover--NOT SO. The picture showed the plant in its planter and a tray. No humidifier tray arrived with this expensive purchase--(that was a separate cost - found a separate order form blowing in my yard with the packing peanuts..hmmm?) Always wanted one of these but was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED. I gave it two stars because i didnt hate it- just buyer beware.
