Received this printer on the 15th, a full four days ahead of schedule. Had initial difficulties getting printer to run nozzle cleaning. Contacted tech support who scheduled an appointment for today at 8 PM. I spoke with Joy at Ink Sonic who spent 2 hours walking me through researching and then resolving the issue. Very simple solution once we knew what was going on. Also set up the software to allow for printing. Joy was perfect as a tech support. And I’ll happily ask for her again! Color quality is excellent!

Cherry helped setup all the software and walked me through everything to get the printer running smoothly. I will update my review once I’ve used the printer a little more, but I was pleased with the little we used it during the start up process.

I had an error code and my software shut down I couldn’t get it back up and Aria was able to fix my problem and get me back up in running in an hour and that was having to uninstall and reinstall my software she was very respectful and can’t me informed on what she was doing very pleased with her as a customer service
