Perfect for crossfit! Obsessed with how these feel. I'm able to do box jumps, jump rope and Olympic lifts. Great all around workout shoes! It's good enough for 200m runs but would not recommend for long runs. I had to size up. I'm usually 7 but had to get 7.5. These shoes are awesome! Great for wide feet. Might get more colors.
