I would really love to give this receiver 5 stars and probably would have had my surround left speaker ports not malfunctioned. After a little over 2 months of use the left surround port began making a static/crackle sound when turning on the unit. The static would persist even if muted or even if I swapped different wires to different speakers so I know for a fact it is the receiver and not the wires/speaker. I called customer service and after getting the run around they finally agreed to have the defective unit shipped to them. This is completely unacceptable after spending $1500 that Integra/Onkyo can not replace this defective unit for a new one. They obviously don't stand by their products and expect the consumer to be without their broken equipment while they repair it. I will never buy their products again and want you as the consume to know how they treat loyal customers. Any issues you may experience need to be sent to their service centers (only a handful across the US) after 30 days. Sorry Integra I will never buy your products again.

I did a lot of research before buying this receiver. It is performing flawlessly and was very easy to connect to my Apple TV box, audio speakers, and my Samsung Frame TV, all of which are performing in unison with each other. Highly recommend!

No matter what these all say, the chipsets in them are not allowing them to pass through a 4K 120 signal from Xbox series X. They might from something else, but virtually all current receivers won't pass the Xbox signal. Have no idea how the rest of it works since I didn't keep it. Oh, another thing. Even though it says it has pre-outs for 7 channels, it will NOT pre-out for back surrounds.

I thought this was going to be an upgrade to my system. Sound quality is nowhere near that of my old 2009 Yamaha receiver. I took multiple measurements and still having issues.

As a good consumer, I researched left and right for a great upgrade to my previous 4k AVR. I saw some videos I trusted on YouTube that said this AVR was as good as the Onkyo at the same price. Of course, I'm alluding to the TX-RZ50.Let's get some things straight and get into it quickly. The phono input died on me within a week. Now I have to connect my record player to the CD input. Meh. Now for the meat of the disappointment... 4K120hz. Wow, I struggled on this one for a while. I have an Xbox X, PC with 3090ti, etc. I really was invested in getting a full 5.1 surround sound 120hz VRR experience. But this was a full-blown letdown. First, the iDrac failed time and time again. I could not get it to work no matter what I did.4k 60 was the best this AVR can do. I do not see how it could be advertised as anything higher. And yes, I did update my TV (that supports 4k 120 on HDMI 3), updated the AVR to the latest and greatest update, changed out, and bought new 8K cables for everything. But here we are with the Xbox connected directly to the TV and I finally get the VRR 4k 120 I've been dreaming about... but without the AVR. ugh...I am very disappointed. I saved up for this one purpose.

Great sound, great features and specs. Plenty of power for my small size living room with 5.1.2 config. Bought this for the pre-outs for an external amp later down the road. Dirac Live is great, there are some minor firmware bugs still, hopefully will be resolved in the next update.
