These are not bell "boots," it is a bell "boot." Only one comes with the order which makes for a ridiculous price for a poor-quality item. Would not recommend.

One star for only one boot in the set. I have ordered this exact item twice before (I clicked order again) and it’s always come with a pair. I gave it a second star because it was very easy to get on the horses foot. Luckily I only needed one.

I use thes upside down to prevent fetlock sores. They are working well. They are soft and easy to put on
