I first learned how to use the Poi balls while I lived in Hawaii. Enjoyed them, but lost them in one of the many moves around the world. Finally found them again and am enjoying relearning how to use them. They are exactly like the ones I bought in Hawaii.

Perfect for working out each morning doing crossovers. I only wish the yarn had a bit more substance to them. Worth the cost

Got these for my daughter's hula class. They are very hard and hurt her when they bop on her head by accident. (7 year old just starting lessons this year) Used them twice then purchased a softer set to use instead.

These poi balls are VERY hard, the tassels are loosely woven and when working them the woven part becomes thin and hard to hold. They are also about 4" too short, if these were for a child they should have made that apparent. I'm 5'4" and they were short for me.
