The product was as pictured on the internet site, but there was no mention of the antenna system that came with the unit. There was two coils of wire, one was coaxial cable, and each coil must have amounted to 30 feet, that had to be run to the attic. There was no way I could do that in this 35 year old house. Therefore, I was not able to see what the quality of sound would be. Other than that I have been thoroughly pleased with the service I have received from the supplier. And from Amazon. We use our I600 to bring AM/FM music and bluetooth music into two rooms in our house. We have had good performance from our unit and have also found that the customer service from Intrasonic is thorough and very good.I'd recommend the I600 and Intrasonic service!

I bought 6 of these inwall units to install in houses I built and the Bluetooth quit working on all of them, the usb doesn't work and the worst is you constantly have to reset them worst item I've bought ever!!! bad thing is I got it about 3 mths before I installed it and the problems started shortly after so returning is imposible. Should have read the reviews before purchase

The sound quality is only good enough for talk not music, the screen has no viewing angle so if you are tall or short it is unusable. The USB does not work for listening to music since there is no navigation for USB filesystem. Way over priced, don't be fooled into thinking this is high tech or high fidelity its cheap Chinese crap that only seems to work on the surface. Much cheaper and better options available.

Overall a pretty good unit. Wasn't aware that you need to order remote for $50+ separately!!Screen is ok if it's on eye-height, with an angle it's difficult to read.Functionality and make-quality is excellent. i have problem with the USB input (tried 4 different sticks, with different sizes), but once playlist (folder) and song (file) is selected, music plays but unit (screen input) becomes unresponsive until you unplug the USB stick...
