I really like this VAYRMEU Jar Opener. I had a stroke a few years ago and it caused me to have some weakness on my right side, and I am right handed, so that can sometimes be a problem, especially when I come upon a really tight jar lid. I have tried many different products to use to grip jar lids, but most slip or simply don't provide enough purchase on a lid for me to get them open without resorting to the next step of whacking the side of the lid against a hard surface to get pressure to release enough to let the lid turn. That always makes me a bit concerned, as I don't really need a jar breaking and cutting my hand. This VAYRMEU jar opener makes opening tight jars so much easier and also safer. It provides just the right amount of torque and grip. Opening jars is now a breeze! The product is well made and seems built to last. It is able to fit many different sizes of lids. Its price point is very reasonable and a great bargain. I can highly recommend this VAYRMEU Jar Opener. It would be a great gift for a friend or family member with weakness in their hands and increase their safety too.I happily give it a Full 5 Stars!

This jar opener has been a total game changer in our household! I purchased it for myself to help with occasional weakness from arthritis, and it has made opening jars, water bottles, soda, and juice containers so much easier. The grip is strong, the handle is long enough to give great leverage, and the non-slip inner ring holds lids securely without slipping. My 78-year-old mother also uses it and loves it — it's comfortable in the hand and requires very little strength to get stubborn lids open. It's easy to clean, stores away neatly, and feels very sturdy and well-made.If you or someone you love struggles with grip strength or hand pain, I highly recommend this simple but incredibly effective tool. It’s truly made daily tasks much easier for us!

I saw someone on YouTube using a product similar to this, so I got this to help when I have trouble opening a jar. In our house, we usually go down the line when we get a jar we can't open. I try first, then I give it to my son or daughter, and if they can't open it, they take it to Dad, who's often times on the other side of the house. I've been able to open a lot more jars on my own with this jar opener which has been a huge help. It seems to be of good quality, it's easy to use, and it functions well for several sizes of jars and caps. The only thing I was disappointed in was that you can't use it to open larger jars. I wish the largest opening was a bit larger, but otherwise, it has been very helpful, and at the current price of $5.99, I think it's a good value as well!

As I get older I notice some of products I use have become extremely hard to open. I chose this to help me grab some of these tops or to help me when my hands are wet and I can't get a good grip. I liked that it has multiple sizes and it accommodates lots of different jar and bottle tops. The smallest size is great at grabbing regular 20oz and 2 Liter bottle tops. The large size at the top can handle big jars of sauce and pickles, as I have used it with both. Excellent price point and it's very functional. Fits easily in my kitchen drawer and looks nice also. Five stars!

So far, I have only opened smaller jars. But it was so easy. I have another jar opener, but it has a tendency to slip off the lid at times and is a hassle to use. This jar opener is comfortable in your hands and will deal with almost any size jar lid. I am right-handed and have arthritis in my right thumb joint, so opening jars is almost impossible with my hands. Now I can pop those lids right off. A definite must have in any kitchen.

After a long history of hurting my shoulder, I've had trouble opening some things around the house. I can usually do it, but it really hurts to do. This has helped mitigate the problem pretty significantly; using it only causes relatively minor pain. The plastics feel high quality, so I'll probably be using this for a long time. Easy to recommend if you're in a similar situation.

This won't help with full sized peanut butter, but it is useful on relish. It can also help with push & screw pill bottles. It is a bit bulky for what it does, and I didn't notice a huge improvement over my circular gripper. Maybe worth a try, but not the greatest for me.

I don’t have weak hands, but still have had problems with lids that almost seem to be glued on (pickle jars are the worst). The long handle provides great leverage on all sized jars and bottles. Each ring is actually two similar sizes making this tool handy to open 8 different sized jars. The smallest rings are great for opening twist-off beer bottle caps and ketchup bottle lids. I had to revisit the listing to figure out what those two “wings” were at the top of this tool. They’re pop-top ring pullers, and work very well. I keep this stored vertically in a coffee mug on my counter top so I’ll always know where it is.
