JC Scuba branded item. US/UK Company. Apparently actually made in the USA. Double stitched with reinforced brass plated grommets. The stiffener wire looks to be 16 gauge stainless steel. It's not magnetic anyway. Slipped right over my dive flag float pole. No complaints.

We were in the market for a new diver down flag after the wind and sun finally got the best of prior one. We run this on our sailboat via a flag line we raise and lower. It comes with the wire that runs diagonally to keep the flag extended and in plain sight at all times.If you’re in Florida and aren’t already aware, that type of flag (with the wire in it) is required for diving and snorkeling. It’s also got to be a minimum of 12” x 12”, which this flag also meets at 14” x 18”.I like that the flag has brass grommets in it and it’s not a sleeve type or the cheapies with shoelace string you tie on. These grommets feel substantial and being brass, hopefully they’ll last a long time.The flag feels like it’s made of quality material. It’s substantial feeling if that makes any sense. I like that it’s heavier material than some of my previous flags. I have had this about two months so I can't comment on longevity but so far it has worked very well. It's a good size that can be seen by boaters from a good distance and the wire stiffener holds the flag fully open.
