Not quite as heavy and with a different tone to my 'Mudslide', which is what I was looking for.Where the 'Mudslide' excels on my acoustics, the 'Moonshine' has really nice depth on electrics.

the textured internal finish looks great and has a practical application by providing great grip, I have bought a second now in a different length. very nice and super smooth external finish

Great slide although a bit big but useable. The inside diameters with the Moonshine glass, Standard Moonshine, and the Mud slides vary. So, it seems to depend on each slide as whether they fit or not. I use 11/16 medium slides. This glass slide is larger than my other Moonshine slides. I ordered a short medium Moonshine Mud which was way to small in diameter and had to send back. So, again it goes slide to slide as to whether it will fit or not. The Dunlop Slide is a great slide. Love the inside grip glaze. I do wish that it was closer to the advertized 11/16 M. ID. I pack material around the bottom of my finger to take up the gap. One should not need to do this. All of my other same brand 11/16 M. slides fit just right.

I really like this slide! The inside feels like a ceramic slide but with the benefit of the outer glass.
