I’m really happy with this jumper 2-in-1 laptop. The touchscreen is smooth and super responsive, which makes it so easy to use—whether I’m browsing, watching shows, or flipping through documents. I love that I can switch between laptop and tablet mode in seconds.It runs well for everyday tasks, has plenty of space, and the backlit keyboard and fingerprint reader are nice bonuses. The screen is big but the laptop still feels light and easy to carry around.This one is totally worth it!

My husband got presbyopia, so I bought this 16”laptop to replace his 13” old one. This screen is big enough, resolution is also good. Installation is easy and fast. Exactly what he needs.

I love it. The laptop is light, and size is great to fit in my backpack. The screen has good resolution. The Ram helps the laptop operating so smoothly. The touch screen is amazing. I love it. Highly recommended.

The product is very slow and takes a long time to start and perform basic functions. I even upgraded the memory and nothing changed. It does not retain a charge for the battery and always has to be plugged in. With the design it is terribly hard to open and requires you to pry it open with your fingernails which is annoying and cumbersome. The fingerprint reader is located on a weird place on the side where your finger can't even fit so it's not usable unless you turn the machine on its side which is incredibly awkward. Overall I do not feel it is worth the money and it does not perform as advertised.

I work in a warehouse and my job is really tough. Every day I receive a lot of machines, and I have to scan each one’s serial number to mark it as received in our repair center. After the repairs, I also need to test them, so I rely heavily on a good laptop. I had three main requirements for a new one: it needed to have a touchscreen to improve efficiency, it had to be foldable so it’s easier to use while scanning SNs, and most importantly, it had to be affordable—I can’t afford anything too expensive right now. My current laptop has been with me for three years and cost me $1,200 back then, but I accidentally stepped on it during work and now it sometimes malfunctions, which really affects my performance. So I was really excited when I found this laptop on Amazon. It checks all the boxes: it has a responsive touchscreen, can fold and be used like a tablet, and the price is unbelievable. It used to cost around $1,400, but now it’s just $399! I got it quickly and started using it right away. It works perfectly for everything I need at work, and the performance is solid. When I’m not working, I use it to watch the news or movies. I think this laptop is amazing. Even my coworkers are thinking about getting one after seeing mine. I highly recommend it—5 stars!
