I ordered a size 7 1/8 and received size 7 3/8. It's a good quality hat and priced fair; just the wrong size.

It seems others have had an issue with sizing with this Justin 10X Morgan hat. I have had incidents in the past regarding this problem. However, a hat stretcher or some foam reducing spacers will easily fix that problem (if the discrepancy isn't too large or too small). But as for my Justin Morgan, it came in 7 1/4 and was a perfect fit. It isn't made of the same quality as my Stetsons, to be sure (and the price is substantially lower too). But I am working on my 3rd summer with this hat as a work-around-the-house-and-yard hat. And believe me, when it is above 93 degrees everyday for over 110 days straight (as is per usual here in Florida), this hat takes a beating. I am so pleased with this work hat, I bought a second one just like it, should the first fall apart on me.

Great hat. Not necessarily the same size as a fitted baseball cap, it's a TRUE hat size. Measure your head and you'll get the right size. With regards to people saying that it looks "plasticy", it's a Justin Resistol....it's supposed to look like that. Great hat, great price, delivered without problem from Sheplers.

Tried this 7 5/8 hat on my big, fat Irish head and my skull rattled around in it like a pea in teacup. It's huge. I went down to the Western Store a couple of hours ago and tried on eight or ten 7 5/8; all but one fit ad that one was too small. This gigantic hat is def too gigantic for my gigantic head.

All of my boyfriends hats are 6 7/8. He has never worn a Justin brand hat before but I bought it for him as a surprise for his birthday. It was a really good price. When I got it I was not impressed with the quality of it, it looked and felt like plastic. None of his other straw hats are like this. Then when he tried it on it was way too big. This brand must run big. Then it cost me $10 dollars to ship this lousy hat back. I was not very happy with that, seeing as their sizing is way off. I guess if you want a very cheap quality cowboy hat that doesn't fit then this would be for you. Totally not impressed with Justin Brand hats. After getting the hat I will say it is not worth the $45 dollar price.
