Once I started using it, I encountered frequent thread jams and inconsistent tufting patterns. The build quality feels cheap, and it doesn't seem durable for long-term use. Additionally, customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for support. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this tufting machine to anyone looking for reliability and ease of use. Save your money and look for a better option.

Easy assembly. Good instructions. Overall, stability is good but it's best to step on the extra stability bar as you are tufting. This keeps the frame from shifting as you go.

I would not recommend this product. The frame came together fine but when I got everything together and put in all this effort, I wasn’t able to use the frame. The pins that they provided to stick into the fabric, that go into the frame, don’t work. They are not sharp at all. It’s like trying to stick your finger through the fabric. Also, there was no way to hook the metal bars to the frame that hold the yarn, spools. I was very disappointed because I really wanted to like this product. I called Amazon to contact the company to provide sharp pens, but they didn’t have any contact information to give me. I went to the Company website, but they had no contact information. So I ended up taking the frame apart and returning everything.
