The extension part of the stick has already broken and you cannot keep it extended..... :(

My team uses this every day and it worked great at first but after two months its getting stuck and not measuring correctly after you push the button. Very disappointment because I expected better quality for the price. Should have just gone with the $20 one that last over a year.

Great for measuring, wheels make for easy measurements, even across bumpy walkways and grass.

Two wheels are better than one. Sturdy and accurate. Much easier to use than the one wheel variety in all situations. You can use it in either hand with one of the wheels. It is more likely to catch on shingles or rolling across the ground when both wheels are touching which makes it more accurate than the single wheel variety.

Con - Build quality very poorPro - size & with two wheels will roll even, measurement more accurate than single wheel.Overall - If it does not break it is great, but the build quality is guaranteed to break.Went to the field (a paved road) and broke after two visits.Tried to repair it but it needs a special screw driver. When I was able to open it up, saw that the gears are not set with the casing (so the counter will slip or stick and not reset). With this flaw, the two axels float in the casing, the measuring gear and wheel gear will slip with any jolt. When putting the case back together the screws striped in the cheap plastic. It needs a metal insert for the screws.

Works as advertised, but make sure to pay attention to the height of the tool. I am 5' 9" and this is a hassle to use to measure anything of distance. It is very short at full length. Overall though it does work as advertised and is a good counter, can be a pain sometimes with rolling straight, but that's dues to the two wheel design.

I have tried a couple of brands of measuring wheels. This one is intended for inside use but I measure building perimeters. Sometimes it gets wet or even plow through snow. After a few hundred houses, they start developing quirky kinds of behavior which means it is time to replace. It doesn't work at all in heavy deep snow and becomes difficult to use in thick long grass. Otherwise, very happy with this wheel.

works great. Nice features, closes and locks up easily; the only issue is the weight of the item. otherwise, a fine product.
