I've used many silicone covers over the years. I like this clear one as you can see the original keyboard and it has a good feel, much more the keyboard feel than the "stickiness" of other silicone covers I've used. I will update my review a few months down the road as to how durable it is. A different brand that this one replaces only lasted for a month. This one feels like it will be more durable.

It works as intended, however even with the supplied double sided strips it moves around a bit and also changes the feel of the keys. Overall, It does what it was intended to do, Protect the keyboard.

Works great for the price. I got the clear version since I didn’t want to hinder the backlit keys. It comes with little adhesive stickers to attach it to the keyboard that works well. It doesn’t cover the right column function buttons (thus the 4 stars) but it fits each of the qwerty keys as well as the top function buttons perfectly. Can’t beat it for the price.

Was a bit worried that this wouldn't fit the gen 7 flex 5 but it fits very well.Arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Package was a little bent but did not affect product.I use my Flex in all the different modes (ie. tent, tablet, etc) so the adhesives are a must for me.Pics show without, with, and with adhesives on corners, spacebar and F7The adhesives aren't as smooth(?) As I would have liked and are quite visible. (Would have preferred that they weren't as noticeable, but it's fine)I appreciate the video that they link to showing how to attach the adhesives. They were a bit of a pain to peel off of the yellow paper but still workable.Feels nice to the touch but you do lose some of the tactile feedback of the keys/keyboard so there is that tradeoff for the added protection (which I bought it for so it's worth the trade-off).

I bought this keyboard protector for my IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro (14”, Intel) Laptop 2021-2022 US version - it fits PERFECTLY (which is great because I ordered two of them). The seller warns that it may not have enough tack to stay in place and includes some small double sided stickers which I don't feel the need to use right away - I know that over time some keyboard protectors can sometimes curl depending on the material the protector is made from - but my experience has been the most protectors wear out just wear out.Honestly I'm surprised this existed for my ideapad to begin with - very happy with purchase!

This product fits almost perfectly for the Lenovo Yoga 7 Slim ARE05 82A2 (Colombian model/LatinAmerican Keyboard) since the Enter key doesn't have the exact shape but anything that affects the overall experience. The materials are really soft, you do not feel any interruption while typing and it helps to reduce the sounds (just in case you work/live in a quiet environment). The case comes with its corresponding stickers to attach them (if necessary) to the keyboard itself, just be careful that your laptop model isn't too tight when closing the screen since the sticker creates another layer and it could affect your screen as it has happened with the Apple laptops, they excessively reduced the screen width but forgot the design itself, you know, all that glitters is not gold. The case doesn't have any weird smell or bad texture.More than happy with this product!Greetigns from Bogotá, Colombia.

I have a laptop that falls into the 82HS or 14*** series within Lenovo, depending on what you search for. The exact model # is Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 14ITL05. The ITL stands for Intel Tiger Lake (I'm pretty sure), while the 14ARES is the AMD version of the machine. I purchased my machine from Staples and this seems to be a SKU they use almost exclusively.I'm giving these details because I wasn't *entirely* clear if this product would fit my keyboard, but I'm happy to report it does. I've had a similar laptop keyboard cover on my 7-year old Dell laptop. It's lasted me well without any issues, and I've taken it off dozens of times and been able to re-adhere it.This cover comes with several adhesive pieces, 2 small circle, 2 large circle, 2 small strips, 2 large strips. They are DIFFICULT to take off of the paper they come attached to, but they are basically transparent (against any key except the space key). You peel it off, apply it to the cover, then peel the white paper off to reveal the adhesive and stick it to your keyboard.I put adhesive pieces on F7, ~, left ctrl, spacebar, right arrow key and backspace. The cover feels extremely secure and if needed I can always purchase new adhesive if this eventually fails. We'll see how long this cover lasts and how much it resists the oils from my fingers, but I'm sure I'll be satisfied in the long term.

Tried the TPU version of this cover and found it very stiff to type on and ruined my typing speed. Others may not mind but I would definitely prefer a silicone cover.

It fits my LENOVO IDEAPAD FLEX 5 14 ARE05 2-in-1 14 Model 81X2 perfectly! I purchase this because I had a key hinge break underneath the letter Y a couple of weeks ago. Perhaps it was possible that a tortilla chip, or something else, might have flew threw the air, and went under the key. I don't know, maybe it was just defective, because I never found anything under the broken key. Rather than send the laptop back (it was still under warranty, but all my programs were loaded and set up so it would've been a hassle) I bought a new letter Y key with hinge mechanism from quickfixlaptopkeys.com for a few dollars. I installed the new key hinge mechanism and it worked perfectly, just like new. But I am now worried that it could happen again, so I purchased this cover as a safety, just in case that it really was something that got under the key.
