I switched from a Razer keyboard to this one, and I’ll never go back. After using it for a few months, I can really see how much I was missing. The feel, clickiness, and accuracy are fantastic. I love that it’s fully rebuildable and serviceable if anything goes wrong. It’s also easy to keep clean since there’s no case for dust or debris to get trapped in. The open key design is a great touch for maintenance and functionality. I've used it in both wired and wireless bluetooth mode and have had no issues.

I have several mechanical keyboards and Keychron has been the best to me. I got this one used and there are no signs of wear. The typing experience is wonderful. The keycaps have a smooth, "creamy" feel to them. This definitely won't be my last Keychron purchase.

Coming from a red dragon, this is a huge upgrade in terms of comfort, tactile feedback and sound. I actually ordered a K2 keychron but had to return it due to a faulty mother board. I liked the shape of the keys better on this than K2. The only minor negative is that the backlit is not properly or well placed as it doesn’t pass thru the keys. If you’re always using backlit, suggest not to go with this one.

tldr; Muy bueno, a pesar de sus detalles es un teclado pesado, cómodo, bonito y relativamente silencioso.Opté por este para reemplazar mi teclado después de un trágico exper... ejem, accidente y, salvo 2 detalles, debo decir que estoy muy a gusto. Cambiar el canal de bluetooth hace parpadear la tecla del canal (ej. [fn]+[1]) pero después de eso, si eres de los que usa más de un dispositivo, suerte adivinando. Las teclas no son de doble disparo (son las teclas que dejan pasar la luz de la retroiluminación, brillan, se iluminan o como quieran llamarlo) eso hace que sea difícil ver las teclas de noche, a pesar del retroiluminado.Por todo lo demás, es perfecto. Es un teclado en inglés, pero basta con configurar tu dispositivo para usar inglés internacional, y la tecla alt derecha pone acentos, ñ y lo que gustes.Las teclas se sienten muy bien al escribir, el teclado no se mueve nada, ya que tiene un buen peso, y estoy satisfecho con los switches (elegí brown) que comparados con cherry rojo y azul, si permiten trabajar de noche sin molestar. Ah, y puedes agregarle facilmente atajos nuevos o reemplazarlos, por si no te gusta lo que hace alguna tecla (adiós, cambio de retro)Muy a gusto hasta el momento.

I suppose I somewhat lied in my headline in the sense that I remember mechanical keyboards quite well when I was a young lad using some of the first mainstream PC's to come out, but then something happened and they went away.I've heard about and read about the mechanical keyboard niche craze for years now never feeling compelled to spend any money and jump in. That obviously changed recently, hence this review.I've only used this keyboard for a day now, but I'm already kicking myself for not having spent the money and done this many years ago, the typing experience is that much better.Great experience out of the box, no problems connecting to my Macbook and all instructions for use are very clear and easy to follow. I was blown away at how heavy and substantial this thing is! The keyboard I was using before was plastic and light as a feather. This thing is a tank in comparison, and I think that's a good thing, build quality appears to be top notch!I highly recommend the Keychron K8!

The product worked well for a month. I really liked it and then suddenly the battery is dead. I need to keep it plugged in to use it else dies in a minute.

This is my first mechanical keyboard, I did quite a lot of research before buying one. I wanted a TKL version (more comfortable right handed-mouse use) with ANSI US layout, which is still the most optimal for command line work and programming (I am a Solaris/Linux system engineer at $DAYJOB and use Linux, FreeBSD and MacOS at home). Unfortunately several brands are difficult to buy from Amazon Germany (I live in Austria, though I'm not a local), or in other European stores. After considering my options I chose the K8 Pro at Amazon US, with brown switches as the most optimal for my use case. The tactile switches are great, I listened to some videos on Youtube what the difference was between these, the red and the blue ones. They provide feedback, but are not too obtrusive, which is a big plus in home office, when the family are around. I use the keyboard both with Windows (my company laptop) and MacOS (home desktop), it works well in both cases. I just literally need to flip a switch and re-plug the cable (I do not use Bluetooth, though I tried it with my Mac and it was working fine). Mine has white LED background light, but I don't use this. I also experimented a bit with the VIA QMK app, but I only mapped one additional key so far to a comfortable location.The estimated delivery time at the beginning was AFAIR 2.5 weeks. Despite this, the parcel arrived 6 days earlier. Interestingly, Amazon US and Landmark did not interpret the shipment info correctly from DPD (their European partner, I guess), so both sites told me that the parcel was going to be delivered within Germany. And the DPD courier eventually place the parcel in a storage box nearby, even though I let him into the block of flats where we live using the gate phone. So the delivery was eventually quicker than expected, but I'm not amused by DPD's user friendliness. Other than that, the whole ordere process went smoothly. Oh, and the keyboard cost me 14% less, as if I had orderd it from Amazon Germany!

I never thought I'd wander away from Cherry MX brown keys. I bought this keyboard because of the idea that, if worst case, I'll swap the keys for true MX Brown keys and be happy. As soon as I started typing with this board, I realized that there was no reason to!Now, for the build quality: DANG!!!! This thing is solid! I don't use it with the bluetooth / wireless mode, opting for cabled mode only. The cable the came with it is far too short for my desk, so used another USB-C cable I had laying around. Works perfect!As for the VIA/QMK programability, I'm not too sure about it yet. The main reason is because I use Arch Linux on my home network rather than Windows (I'm a Linux server admin professionally). i've looked into using Vial, QMK programmer, and a few other CLI-only options, but so far nothing as really come about that kept my attention beyond the "I can flash new lighting effects".... which isn't quite in the scope of why I bought this board in the first place.I think with enough time, I'll get into the programming of the keyboard a bit more, but for now I'm VERY happy on how it feels while typing.... and I do a LOT of typing!One modification that I would suggest: sound-deadening o-rings for Enter and Space keys. Those two are by far the most clunky sounding, making me cringe every time they were pressed. After installing some o-rings on just those two keys, it's made this board my #1 choice to buy in the future!!!One addition I would suggest: wrist/palm rest. This boi is CHONKY thick, so if you like to have your palms/wrists resting on the desk while typing, the do yourself a favor and get a nice thick palm rest!!!

Muy buen teclado, la sensación de las teclas es bastante buena, sin llegar a ser ruidoso. La conexión por bluetooth es muy transparente y hasta el momento no he detectado lag o desconexiones.

I love the keyboard for the price. Comes very well made and feels solid, comes with good sound dampening(silicone) and screw in stabs. Those are hard to come by in this price points. The switches and stabs were supposed to be lubed but when I received the bored that was very minimal, the stabs still sounded nice but I had to lube all the switches again because it was so poorly factory lubed, where the majority of the switch wasn’t even lubed at all.
