Instructions for use
Attention:
- Manual adapter without autofocus or aperture ring.
- Skillful installation, needn't too much force.
'No Lens Attached' - Warning Message Appears:
- If your camera indicates "lens is not properly installed", please modify the camera settings: 'Menu' -> 'Setup' -> 'Release w/o Lens' -> 'Enable' (Exact naming and location may change depending on camera model). If your lens does not have a manual aperture control ring, it will stop down to its smallest f/stop by default.
- Set camera "release shutter without lens" to enable when using the adapter for the first time, or the camera will fail to recognize the lens and the shutter may not be released.

Infinity focus position:
- The position of the infinity mark [∞] of the telephoto lens is shifted slightly to the positive side to enable focus adjustment even when focus shift is caused due to temperature changes. The shift range is denoted by an L-shaped line, Be sure to check the focus through the viewfinder even when you shoot at infinity.
Notes
- Adapting APS-frame lens to full-frame camera, it may generate vignetting, some cameras could correct it by adjust APSC.
- Adapting full-frame lens to APS-frame camera provides excellent edge-to-edge sharpness. The smaller image field helps minimize the effects of lens distortion and aberration by using the 'sweet spot' or center of the larger lens image circle. And it will magnify the focal length by 1.6 on Canon, 1.5 on Nikon and Sony, 2.0 on M4/3 camera.

The K&F pro adapters are definitely top notch adapters. I’ve bought these adapters before for different camera/lens combinations and they are night and day better than cheaper alternatives. There’s no wiggling and it’s a clean mount.

This adapter does not have an accurate flange distance. It does not let you accurately focus to infinity with Leica M glass when adopted to a Sony A7R5. Tested it with a 2 lenses, both of which are sharp at an infinity focus position on a Leica M11-P. Shame, because it's quite a nice looking adapter at a good price point.

It would be a great adapter if it wasn’t for the fact that there is a light leak. Not terrible but it just shouldn’t happen. Maybe a defect.

I can only speak for the version that I purchased which is the Leica M mount to the Sony E mount. I have about 10 different lens adapter types and this one has better fit and finish than most. It does cost just a bit more but the quality is better.Been taking pictures today with a Leica M rangefinder coupled lens on a Sony A7 camera with great results.The E mount side went on smoothly with minimal play, no light leaks and not too loose nor to tight. Not as good as a factory lens mount, but I have no concerns on the fit. About average or better compared to other adapters.The Leica M mount side fits great, as if it were a factory mount.It's better than I expected and I would purchase this version again.Hope this helps.
