I mounted a Warn VRX25 to a 2009 Grizzly 550 with this plate and holes were in perfect locations for both. No issues.

It took a little manipulating to get the mount to fit right on my 2012 Grizzly 700. I mounted up a Super Winch Terra 3500. The bolts are nearly impossible to get aligned to the 4 wheeler frame if the mount is already attached to the winch. I would suggest sitting the winch on the mount with no bolts, then bolt the mount in place and finally bolt the winch to the mount. That way you can maneuver the winch around the accommodate getting the bolts to line up to the frame.It will also save lots of time if you remove the skid plate (4 bolts). That makes mounting the winch to the plate a breeze.Once in place, this mount looks and works great. I am very happy with it

I ordered this plate for use on my 2011 Grizzly 700 EPS / Warn XT-25 winch install. All holes lined up perfectly and I was able to mount the connector module to the backside perfectly. I read several reviews of the more expensive Warn Install Plate which complained that a couple of the pre-drilled holes were off just enough that it required a reaming with a drill bit. If I'm going to pay more ..... it better darn well fit the first time! This one works just fine!

Went in easy only time will tell how it holds up. Only drawback was if you use a superwinch screw holes for the controller do not line up. I had to construct a new bracket.

If you have any questions as will it fit a Warn Winch.. the answer is yes.. perfectly.. its seems to be made for a warn winch. It has the mounting locations for the fairlead, and the contacter. It has all the proper bolts you need to mount it to the bike as well. Very good product. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a cheaper alternative to the Warn mount.

I bought this for my 06 Grizzly hoping this would be a simple add on. The mount plate is solid and fits the winch but was a poor fit for my quad. The mounting holes fit nothing on my Yamaha Grizzley 660. I had to make an adapter plate to use existing mount holes on my frame to use this plate.

This winch mount is great. Appears to be excellent quality, made from quality materials. I had zero issues installing this on my 700 Yamaha Grizzly. The badlands winch I bought from Harbor fit the pre-drilled holes perfectly. There's nothing like ordering stuff from your computer have it come to your door in a few days and everything was fine. I highly recommend this product.

The mounting plate I recieved for my Grizzly is excellent quality. The metal plate was very thick and very heavy duty, just as they described and they included extra hardware for different types of winch styles. I am always worried about ordering "exact fitting" items but this mounting plate was an exact fit into my Grizzly and my Warn winch, fairlead and contactor mounted up perfectly! Very tough and well made product!
