I ordered a size 14 for my 23 year old daughter who is petite at 5’1.5”. But the bodice made her look “like a block” in her words. Thankfully I can sew and I was able to take it in at the sides and give it a little more body. The skirt is a tad longer than she’d like too so we will hem that a bit. Once those things are fixed then it will be perfect.
