For the price and quantity, these are just right. Simple magnifiers for kids to use for simple things like looking at bugs or finding images in pictures. They aren't high powered, but they aren't meant to be. The construction is sturdy plastic, not flimsy. I love the assortment of bright colors. Exactly what I wanted.

These were the perfect way for campers to explore more deeply the world around them. Our theme was investigation and so we looked up close at leaves, pinecones, our own fingerprints, and even pictures in books. Having enough that the kids didn't need to share (we even labeled them with names) and could take them home at the end of the week was fantastic. None of them broke and the 5x magnification was enough for curious kids grades 1-5.
