These items work as advertised. If you're a Viking, they work great at gathering the spoils of the lands you have conquered. If you're a cook, they work great at making a chicken more receptive to spices and potatoes more receptive to mashing. On the downside, the Viking hammer (when washing in the dishwasher) turns the finish into an absolute mess. All the shiny silver turns black and rubs off with your thumb. Not ideal and ugly. Hand wash the hammer, else the finish will melt. The masher is ok in the dishwasher. Conquer. Be fed.Big Rudy

Both tenderizer and masher have been working well for me for the last year or so. No hassles, I throw them in the dishwasher when done and they have held up well. Iām happy to have these durable tools in my kitchen. Worth every penny!

I do not own these. They were a gift but I was told they are awesome. Heavy, sturdy, easy clean up. May order for myself!
