So far so good & great price. Like other reviewers mentioned, this was one pain in the you know what to install. Getting the old one out was fairly simple, it was in 2 pieces under the deck but still attached at the wheels. Ended up draining oil out & tipping mower on both sides to get old one out. Took handle bars off & folded them forward. But getting the new one in was difficult with one person. Alot to line up & hold together by yourself. On top of that had to juggle the rear door with springs in back place. That upper screw & bolt, VERY tight area. Ended up using a long needle nose pliers until I got upper bolt threaded. Then used a 1/2" wrench on it as i tightened up. Works great though, zero grass coming out from under mower now. Hope it lasts, do not want to have to do this one again.

I was hoping it would fit, it did and was easy to put on.

I cracked my original one with a ball or a stick and it wasn’t collecting clippings as well- this got it back to where I needed it to be. It is pretty involved to replace- the entire ass end of the mower has to come apart to install it so be prepared for that- (and don’t do it on the lawn like I did thinking it was a 2 minute job)

Installation was fairly simple, fits well, new one is a harder more rigid plastic than original, so a bit concerned that it won't hold up as well. To be determined.

The part itself is good but the installation was difficult. A lot of parts had to come off to install this part and there is not enough room for one’s hand to get to the bolt that holds it.

Fits as a good replacement in a Toro 20311 Recycler. I guess these pieces are prone to breaking as mine was broke clear in half. Replacement involves removing the rear wheels, handle and side brackets, wheel adjustment levers and brackets, and rear chute door. Reassembly was quite difficult as two of the handle bracket bolts are deep inside pockets barely big enough for two fingers. Give yourself a few hours to tackle this and drain the fuel tank so none spills out since you need to tip it almost vertical to see up inside there.

This item was exactly what I needed and it arrived promptly and was well packaged. My Toro mower is 3 years old and this season the baffle and sweep broke causing grass clippings and leaves to shoot out the back. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the installation was a little difficult so be prepared for that. I elevated the mower on jack stands and then proceeded to remove the rear wheels and height adjusters. To do this you will need a 1/2" socket wrench and a 1/2" open ended wrench. Be sure to keep track of disassembly and all parts. I removed the sweep from the baffle so that i had more space to work. Once the baffle was in place, I reassembled the height adjusters and wheels. Once all bolts were tightened, i reattached the sweep to the baffle. Total time spent was approximately 1 hour.
