Easy to use, compact, good price, keeps my baby cool and comfortable, different fan speeds, a little noisy past the first setting but it works great!

This product surprised me. I was expecting a somewhat cheap, poorly made product, but this fan surprised me. It was really well constructed. When I turned it on the amount of wind that this little fan out was amazing. It has three speed levels controlled via an inline toggle on the usb cord. The plastic seems thicker than most inexpensive fans I've bought in the past. I'm not yet sure about the mounting options (suction cup, air vent, and headrest post)... i will have to use each of them to see which works best.

[edit]My original review was a little harsh. I guess I was expecting miracle results and that definitely reflected in my words. To be fair, the fan does it's job. It blows air. So A+ product for that. It reminds me a lot of a fan inside a desktop computer. It also has that same sound. The one thing I did find strange is that the on/button on the cable is the thing that warmed up with use. Guess it's the circuits in there. Anyways. It's alright if you just want some subtle air flow. Very cheap too. Plus the brand name was called "Wang Fan," so A+ to that. ;)[original]I don't know what I was expecting. In my foolishness I thought this would help keep me cool in the hotter months. But alas, it does what a fan does - blows the air at its current temperature. Therefore, this did not help me, as it was merely blowing hot air around in my car. Guess I'll keep the windows down until I get my a/c fixed. :l

I purchased this for my smaller SUV (Nissan Rogue) because passengers in the back are always saying they are hot and I wanted this product to help by circulating the cooler air from the front air conditioning vents. I purchased the option with the two fans and clipped it to the back of the headrest. The fans do blow a lot of air, not necessarily the cooler air from the front, and they make a lot of noise. My passengers said the extra circulation of air helps a lot even if it isn't as cool as we would like. We use it every time someone is riding in the back, we do like the fans. I suppose on a longer road trip the fans would perform far better. I recommend driving with the windows down for a minute or so to let all the hotter air out of the car and to get the best performance from this product with your ac running and all the windows up, especially if you live in a warmer weather area. To summarize, I would purchase again for another vehicle if these went on sale for maybe thirty-five, or forty US dollars tops! I paid more than that and I feel it was too much for what these fans actually do.

The back seat of our car gets a little toasty during long car rides, or at least our dog thinks so. Adding this little fan was a great addition and keeps him cool and calm. Money well spent and don’t know why we didn’t buy one sooner. This particular model has some nice features compared to others we looked at.There are 3 speeds to the fan, controlled by a button on the USB cable. Usually level 1 or 2 push enough air to cool off our passenger. You can’t hear the fan at all, especially when driving or if the radio is on.The cable is long enough that you can position it so the driver can reach the button from the front seat. We have the cable running through the arm rest and the button hangs out the side. It turns off whenever we turn off the car, and has to be turned back on when you restart the car.The face of the fan swivels 360 on a ball, and you can also rotate the clamp on the head rest. It has a good range of motion. There are other clamps / attachment methods included but we haven’t tried them yet.

Effective unit for distribution of cool air from central vents to the back seat, have confirmed with my son that the fan is "awesome" and provides ample blowing power. Currently have it mounted upside down on the center console of the roof of my Jeep Cherokee, pivot function does show signs of abnormal operation in this position but still operates flawlessly (it will stick and delay for a short period of time when pivoting on the one motor, assuming the mechanism is not press fit and a gear or two is just slightly out of place - have not disassembled yet to verify).Purchased to help provide air conditioned air to the backseat for summer vacation. After having been mounted upside down for two weeks and going over all kinds of rough / light bumps and being bumped into by our arms, this unit has held up admirably and allowed our two kids to stay cool on our summer vacation.Added bonus - people complain about this unit being only a 5 volt fan (USB powered plug vs 12 volt socket style plug) but they don't realize you can take this fan with you if you want and plug it into a portable power bank, giving you the ability to take this twin powered rotating fan and providing *portable* cooling power like when your 1 year old is napping down at the beach. Sand free cooling capabilities inside a tent while napping help solve beach time napping conundrums!Update 10/31/2022: unit is still hanging upside down from the center console in my car, still properly oscillates and still is just as effective as the day I got it. Second summer and now second fall, I get frequent requests from the kids to turn the fans down or off due to their effectiveness. For reference, I have both center vents in my Cherokee pointed up and to the center where the fans are, which then take the air and blow it straight back onto my kids. Solid thumbs up and recommendation from me!
