Fast, Tool-Free Assembly. Just cut your slot with a biscuit joiner or CNC, insert the connector halves mirrored into the slots, and tap them into place. Snap the parts together and you’re done. The patented cutting edges hold tight, making each connection load-bearing right away.

FAST – Biscuit Connector - Installations

1. Preparing the Biscuit Slot

Cut a standard #20 biscuit slot using a biscuit joiner or CNC. This creates the correct depth and width for a secure snap-in connection.

2. Strategic Connector Placement

Align the connector tip at the end of the slot, angled to match the radius of the cut. This positioning ensures proper fit during installation.

3. Mirror-Perfect Insertion

Insert the connector halves mirrored to each other. Tap them in using a hammer, allowing the cutting edges to bite into the material for a tight hold.

4. Seamless Assembly

Snap the parts together by hand or with a light tap from a mallet. The joint becomes immediately load-bearing—no clamps or glue required.
