My husband loves cheese-extra sharp cheese which tends to be crumbly. Other knives don't do a good job in cutting smoothly. This knife dices, slices and chops beautifully. Even extra sharp cheese. We both love it! It is small but it does a big job is easy to handle.

I have the larger size of this knife, which I LOVE. I can’t seem to find it anywhere, so I got this one (the mini). While the blade is just as great, the mini size is too small for comfort, and its use limited. I’m disappointed but if you’re looking for a smaller knife to chop smaller/more delicate items, you won’t go wrong with this blade.
