not sure why they designed it this way. the hole to crack the nut is too small for any nut. Not even an almond.but it looks cool? My four year old loves it.

Exactly as shown in product photo; very boxy like a batman toy.My adult son has an extensive nutcracker collection. He had loved batman as a child and since he didn't have a batman nutcracker, it was perfect.

I gave this to my son this past Monday for his birthday. Even though it's a nutcracker, I just keep picturing it in his apartment, kind of like the Big Bang guy's kitchen, though he say it will never come out of the box. LOL
