Came late and they only sent HALF of my couch!!! Not worth the money way too small really disappointed in the false advertising and I will be requesting a refund just as soon as I recover the other half.

Couch is pretty small, especially the seat and the back of it. Not comfortable to lay on as there is no room. Couch is very firm which was ok. If you have a tall person in your family this couch is not for them. This one did not come with the ottoman and the chaise part did not look like it did in the picture as left and right. I actually sold the couch on marketplace for a little less than what I paid for it and ended up purchasing a different couch. Delivery was later than expected.

Decent enough couch and super easy to set up. Definitely not the one I ordered. Doesn’t look the same at all and had the chaise on the opposites side. There was no cup holder as pictured. This is not grocery delivery where you can replace with the best match especially when someone pays over $400. What I ordered and what I got are pictured.

This couch is very firm and comfortable. Have had no issues with it.
