alot of space but when full it tends to fan out too much and sometimes files fall out..better buying a metal sturdy file cabinet for all my files..

I bought this for my Granddaughter to help her become more organized, and she really likes it. The plastic is very sturdy, and the expansion of the file can fit many documents. The elastic closure is very strong also. One of the great benefits of this file is that it is such a space saver!!! You can store it almost anywhere, (just don't forget where you put it!)When my daughter saw it, she said that she wanted one too. So I just ordered one for her. I might be next to get one!The colors are very pretty too.There's nothing not to like about this file except, if you have any trouble seeing the tabs, just make your own. I have, in the past, made file tabs out of extra slots from levelar blinds. It works for me!Buy it! You won't be sorry.

This thing is HUGE! I was able to fit so much into it, even large folders & envelopes full of documents. It comes with plenty of labels, and they're stickers, so you don't have to slide them in through a tiny slot. I de-cluttered an entire large dresser where important documents had been stacking up. I like that it's portable, so I can bring it to the living room, dining room, my desk, or out & about. Can't do that with my filing cabinet. I have a back injury, so I have to work from different places. This thing's awesome!

I bought this to separate and manage my business tax receipts by tax category so I wouldn't have to deal with that at the end of the year. This works great! It has enough tabs and pockets for this purpose, and being able to label each pocket accordingly is just what I needed. It's very sturdy and easy to access for sorting and reviewing my receipts when needed.

I owned another accordion folder to store all my important papers, but it was suffering from too many papers, and became impossible to close, so I needed a new one. This one looked interesting so I decided to try it out. I really like that it does not have a closed bottom, so you can pull it all the way out and stand it up, almost like a mini file cabinet. It makes it easier to keep it open when you are filing multiple items at the same time, and I suspect it will allow me to fill it with way more papers, since it is not limited to how tightly closed the bottom is (until you try to close it...). I have only put a few papers in it so far, but it seems to be a sturdy enough material to hold up to overfilling (as I will of course do that again...)The only issue I see with it is, because the elastic wraps around the bottom to close the top, once this gets more full, I think it may be very hard to close. This does not particularly bother me. If I really overfill this I may just keep it in its expanded form, even when I'm storing it. So, it would be nice if this folder somehow had a top that closed over it, even if it was in expanded form.Regardless though, I like this unique design over any other accordion folder I have used before, and definitely recommend this product.
