If I could give a ZERO stars review, I would. These are literally cheap, motel shower caps. There is no possible way to fit these over a standard size cowboy hat. The elastic tore off as I tried to pull it over the hat. The picture description shows a plastic cover that is somewhat the shape of a hat. Again, these are cheap motel shower caps.

I was skeptical these covers would work to cover my large hats, but they do very well!I have an Akubra Riverina (see photos) that has nearly 5 inch high crown, and 4 inch brim, size 62 cms. These XL covers are made as if they were specifically designed for it.The brims were not being bent/curled upwards.I also have an Akubra Cattleman that has a larger crown, but only a 3.25 inch trim, and the covers were great for that too. The elastic of the cover under the brim nearly reached the crown- perfect.These covers don't work with Tilleys- their brims are too floppy.I image these covers would be terrific for "straw" / Panama hats.The covers are made from PVC - rain should be no problem. Plus I won't have to brush dust of hats ever again.

Took a SWAG on which hat cove would fit my Snowy River Hat by Akubra (via David Morgan). I have to say these hat covers couldn’t be a better fit. Very impressed with the coverage and fit, and there’s no warping of shape to the hat from the elastic. Will definitely buy again once these run out or I misplace the pack.

These fit all different types of hats. They do a great job of protecting the hats from dust Wilder, hanging on the wall, rain and snow went out and about.As you can see, they fit pretty well. I highly recommend.
