This was advised by an expert pool installer in Canada as the only mortar to fix water leaks in your pool. Very pricey, but the only mortar to ever use. Trust me. Don’t go to Lowe’s and get their cement, it just just washes out of your cracks. This will never ever break down. It’s easy to use also.
