This is a nicely packaged, solidly built, Quality Parking Lot light. Clear instructions in the manual along with there contact information if you need help. Both phone and email. Has the ability to use with or without the photocell. Which is an unnecessary and most likely point of failure if you don't need it. Keeps you from have to climb a ladder or renting a lift when the photocell stops working to replace it. But if you need it. it works flawlessly. It has a separate warranty card with all the warranty details.

Ordered this 200 Watt LED Parking Lot/Street Light - (3) CCT Settings - 32,000 LM - Shoebox Light - Arm Mount & Slip Fitter for Wall or Pole for my maintenance bldg shop at a mobile home park. Shop is 50' x 50', (2) story older post frame building that I use for maintenance shop, storage, and keep equipment inside for park upkeep. I've just had an old one bulb low watt night light that stays off half the time and doesn't work good or put out much light at night. This is over a 12' x 12' garage door. Recently while shopping online for some new light fixtures for one of the rental units, I saw this commercial grade light that is 200 watts, and puts out 32,000 LM of light. After reading that it mounts on a pole or direct fit to a wall, and read about the (3) CCT settings, I ordered it. This is one nice and very good quality made, built light. The quality really shows right out of the safely packed box. It's a heavier commercial grade light than just your average "night light" from any big box store. It came prewired (commercial grade wiring), ready to put it up.It also came with instructions for various installations. Since I already had a junction box above my shop door, it was pretty easy to put it up. I put it directly on the outside wall above the large garage door. This baby is bright!. I like the auto on/off setting. It's also designed to turn it off for manual on/off. It has the control panel built right on the housing to set it for 150w - 180 watt - or 200 watt and can also be set to lower the brightness for various hours after dark, just by choosing desired settings and timing. It came with good strong HD bolts/hardware to secure it right on the wall. It has a radius of 180 degree and it lights up not only my parking area and shop entrance, it lights up the whole property clear back to my property line at night. I have it set on the 32,000 LM as I like the bright and white light it puts out. Also like that it saves approx 90-95% on electric cost. My tenants love it as it also lights up across the street around the dumpster area for them to see good at night while disposing of their trash. I like that it's ETL approved & IP65 weatherproof. It's actually exceeded my expectationsIt easily earns a (5) star rating on my opinion

When I was looking for a replacement like for a fixture at the wash bay and my job and came across this, I was hoping it was 1/2 as good as the advertisement for what it could do and the integrity, design and durability it claimed to have. I am happy to report this light is all that and then some and I am so glad because I thought the price was high and my expectations were as well!The wash bay had been using a few flood lights and a few fluorescent fixtures which were not very bright, and the latter was not waterproof and had given the team a problem before when they were pressuring washing a vehicle nearly causing a fire!Once I brought this in and we switched it out they asked if I could get 4 more. One more for the bay and two for the parking lot in the rear which had little to no light at all.This light absolutely holds up to the waterproof aspect as well as the surge proof and was exactly what we needed in the location we needed it!Installation was a bit different from a standard installation where you can easily match the existing box to attach a fixture to. Partly because this is a well-designed and heavy light that needs proper support, and the connection is housed differently in this case.With some ingenuity I was able to construct something where the light was able to be mounted, and the electrical connection hidden safely inside.The hardware included was very heavy duty and very good for the application. Another great feature is the multiple ways it is able to be installed with a standard pole, wall mount, etc. So, this is quite versatile when it comes to the install location and sturdiness that can be had.The best feature and what really rings true about this light is the brightness! It is incomparable as far as what we had previously and for its size this light provides an absolute tremendous amount of brightness and a hue that really envelopes a large area with illumination!For a parking lot the dusk till dawn feature is perfect and the fact that you can further tweak the way you want to set up the light for nighttime makes it also great for other scenarios and preferences.For the cost this light is very functional, true to its ad and very effective and comes with a ton of options and easier installation than most!Not only would I recommend it, but I think this should be the standard and do away with older less bright parking lights for the house or business!

I opted for 5000K, which provides a clean, bright daylight-like effect, perfect for outdoor areas.The timer dimming and dusk to dawn features are extremely convenient. The light automatically adjusts based on the time of day, saving energy and prolonging the life of the light. Installation was straightforward with the arm mount and slip fitter, and it’s sturdy and reliable in any weather condition.This light is a great investment if you need efficient, long-lasting, and bright lighting for parking lots, streets, or large outdoor areas. It has significantly improved the visibility and security in my parking area. Highly recommend!
