I bought these as replacements for old Audio-Technica BPHS1 headsets. At first, they seemed too small to fit, but the product description mentioned getting them wet to restore their shape, so I tried that. After rinsing and squeezing them, they snugly fit over the mics with only a minor struggle.

It fits nicely on my Audio-Technica BPHS1 headset mic. It requires a little bit of flex due to it coming in vacuum-sealed packaging, but otherwise fits really well.
