The dishes were very well packaged upon arrival. After unwrapping, I noted a few very small scuffs in the silver pattern, but they were extremely subtle. Overall the pieces are in excellent shape for being used. I would agree they are almost "like new"! Very fast shipping as well - I had ordered these in anticipation of needing them for Thanksgiving this year and got them in more than enough time. Thanks!

We like the style and design. Even though Lenox promises that it is dishwasher safe, it is not. The edging and some design has washed off of two dinner plates already and we have only had them about three months. Lenox has agreed to replace them, but such a hassle to wrap them up and send them back. Not impressed with their customer service.
