This is well made and honestly a little bigger than I expected but that is my own fault. The hook that comes with it did fall off after a day, likely due to the heat and humidity in the hermit crab tank so I've just set it up as another ground hide by sinking it into the sand just a little.The ladder seems like it might be a little awkward for smaller crabs and you definitely want some sort of substrate inside either way because my crabs tended to slide around inside it.I recommend it, especially if you have a bigger tank. Mine is 30 gallons, and it was a little big for what I needed but I've made it work and the crabs seem to enjoy it.

I initially hung it up with the hook that had adhesive on it but it fell off the tank wall in just a day so i used paper clips to secure the rope to the mesh lid. kind of annoying to have to use a makeshift method but my leopard gecko loves it so it’s fine plus it came with a cute duck freebie

It arrived cracked on both sides. Package also had a small hole that I didn’t think anything about until I opened and seen. It is much bigger than expected for my leopard gecko. He has room to grow. I love the appearance and how smooth it is for him.
