I've had good luck with the Let's Resin products I've used -- resins and molds alike -- so I had high hopes for these. They're good -- some cute details, substantial construction, and they even have capacity guidelines stamped on them. The only slight drawback is releasing the mold once it's cured, but I expected this because that's how it tends to go with irregularly shaped molds, so I'm not deducting points for that (a mold release spray is your friend; barring that, dish soap and water work well, too).

I love Let's Resin molds as they are always great quality & I really like that they put how much resin to use on each mold.

These molds are absolutely adorable. I especially love the chicken but wow is it larger than I expected. Best not to use anything but deep pour resin in it. I am contemplating creating a silicone filler piece to make it hollow so I can use regular 1:1. It may be fine with casting powder but I have a small mold that is about half as thick as this chicken and even casting powder gets quite hot in it.But it's still such a cute design it's worth figuring out.

Although I do make resin products, I really wanted these - especially the hen - for candle molds. I poked a hole at the top on the "back" of the hen and am able to get a wick through there. I was surprised (as I've not done that before) that wax didn't really spill out at all. I always thought wax would just spill and spill out once I created a hole on the bottom of where the wax goes, for the wick. But it doesn't at all. I didn't need to tape it either, the way some people advise.I made my first candle with it last night and it's phenomenal. I used a de-molding spray so when time came to take the candle out of the mold, I didn't have issues. It was a little harder than with some molds, but it actually came out perfectly and I'm so excited about this candle. It is a way bigger and thicker hen than I was expecting it. I do want to now also get a smaller hen mold because I want to not have to use SO much wax when making hen molds, but this is so cute and perfect. I love it.

Arrived pretty quick. I love these molds. There are so many ideas are running through my head on how to use them. They are big enough to add roses or beads or rocks or anything you can think of you can think of really.
