I wasn’t sure if these would be more gimmick than helpful, but after a weekend of moving some seriously bulky furniture, I’m convinced they’re staying in my toolbox. My partner and I used these to move a massive dresser and a heavy sofa, and while there was a learning curve with figuring out strap placement, once we had it down, everything felt way more manageable. You can really feel the difference in weight distribution—it shifts the pressure off your back and arms, which meant we weren’t wrecked afterward. The shoulder straps were decently comfortable and allowed us to keep our hands free to adjust or open doors, which made the whole process less chaotic. I liked that the material felt strong and dependable, but I’ll admit the construction isn’t premium—some parts feel a little thin, and I wouldn’t trust them for daily professional use.Still, for occasional heavy lifting at home or during a move, they’re solid. The included vests aren’t super adjustable, so if you’re on the smaller side, they might feel a little loose. That said, they didn’t slip once we started lifting.Main caveat? You’ll probably fumble through your first lift or two, especially on awkward items. But once you get your rhythm, these make a big difference. Definitely beats throwing your back out.

Had these for a while but nothing to lift, until I received two 100-pound (!) boxes that had to go upstairs. My buddy wanted to just go old school but I really wanted to try these.A couple of minutes later, my buddy was loving these. So was I.Simple. Get the two long straps under the piece and put the harness on (like a backpack). Hook the harness's to the strap hooks and pull the buckles to adjust length. Stand up and the heavy piece lifts so easily. Walk. That's it.Easiest way to move something heavy. The leverage makes it easy to lift and the straps hold it securely, much easier than trying to grip a box with your hands.Absolutely love these.

These are pretty good. Firstly, I tested it by having a 260 pound friend stand between my wife and I. Easy, these really do work. The adjustments are generous, and some though was put into comfort and longevity. For instance there is a neoprene sleeve that goes into the hooks to reduce fraying. My only negative would have to be that the materials are all somewhat cheap feeling. That's not to say that they are flimsy, but the neoprene is thin, and the majority of the shoulder harness is that same fabric that you might find on the bottom of cheap furniture. It's fine, but not great. I can't help but think that a professional mover might want to look for something more premium, but for any DIYer or even small business owner, this is a great option that I'd recommend getting before you find out you need it.

I recently used the Lifting Moving Straps for Heavy Furniture to move some bulky furniture around my house, and I’m really impressed with how easy it made the process. These straps are designed for two people, which is perfect for lifting heavy items like couches, appliances, and large furniture without putting strain on your back or hurting yourself. The straps are adjustable and provide a good amount of leverage, making even the heaviest pieces feel much lighter. My partner and I were able to move a large dresser and a heavy sofa with ease, and we both felt secure and in control the entire time. The design is simple but effective — it uses your body’s strength to carry the weight, reducing the pressure on your arms and back. The material is durable and feels strong, which is great because you can trust that the straps won’t snap or give out while you’re lifting. They’re also very easy to store and don’t take up much space when not in use.One downside is that it can take a moment to get the hang of positioning the straps properly, especially for heavier pieces. But once you’re used to the technique, it’s smooth sailing from there.Pros:Makes lifting heavy furniture and appliances much easierDurable material and adjustable straps for various itemsGreat for reducing strain on your back and armsSimple design, easy to use once you get the hang of itStores easily and doesn’t take up much spaceCons:Takes a little practice to position the straps correctly, especially for larger itemsThis system has definitely made moving heavy items much easier for me and my partner, and I’ll definitely be keeping them for future moves!

I always wondered how well these would work when I saw a similar item at the uhaul store but figured it wasn't worth it. How wrong I was and I regret not getting them before I moved. These take a huge load off of my shoulders / arms. The really do make it much easier to move heavy objects and not strain your body so much. The harness around the back evenly distributes the load across my entire back and makes moving items feel so much lighter. This is the first set I have seen that had a padded back support. The stitching is very good and the fabric feels very strong and durable.

These Lifting and Moving Straps for Heavy Furniture have been a life saver! These straps are a little different in that they allow your hands and arms to be free so that you can move something or open a door if the need arises while using the shoulder mounted way while carrying a heavy piece of furniture. They can be arm mounted or shoulder mounted but we find the shoulder mounted is easier on you. A pull out queen sleeper sofa took us 3-4 people to move but once we got these we could move it back with just two of us. You just never know when you may need to move something heavy and its important to not only be able to do it yourself but also not to hurt yourself. We recently had a big freezer delivered and these straps looked so much easier to use and better quality than the delivery company had. As a family who is always moving heavy objects it seems these are a must have and you can not beat the price especially if it means not hiring someone else or injuring yourself.
