Prior to purchase, I contacted vendor re clasp description not matching photo. They said they'd correct that & implied ad error fault of amazon.com. After receipt of order, several more discrepancies found. Emails with vendor, including photo, left things unresolved, basically denied/dismissed. There were even more issues than I originally wrote, but will try to include most here..the ad vs the actual: -did NOT arrive in a velvet bag; - the ad's plural "toolS" was only 1 tool out of three needed. (Without the tools and a jewelry vise or 3 hands, the pins are very hard to remove/replace); -ad says/shows "brushed" finish on front of tag, but mine is mirror shiny, as well as engraving NOT "black for silver item", so very difficult to read; - reverse side of tag printed inverted to front; - one joint of bracelet to tag does not move properly; - although within allotted #, characters so thin and tiny that asterisks looked like dots. Knew "no refunds" policy, but expected more respect to my item not as advertised. Don't recommend.

I purchased my Medical ID bracelet almost a month ago. It’s so elegant and feminine. I never like those big manly ID bracelets and I was very surprised to find a good Medical ID bracelet that was smaller, sturdy, and not made of cheap material.

Just love it classy looking for a medical alert bracelet only problem I ordered it way too big afraid to try to take links out myself although they do give you the tools to do it with another plus. It really is nice.
